To track your delivery and retrieve a POD please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Track your delivery here
  • 1) Select the 'Track by Reference' tab
  • 2) Reference number - Enter your six digit advice note/dispatch number
    (e.g., 191234 - Located on the top right-hand side of your advice / dispatch note)
  • 3) Destination country/Territory - Enter destination country (UK or Ireland)
  • 4) Destination Postcode - Enter the delivery address postcode in full
  • 5) Select the orange 'Track' button. You should now be able to track your delivery online and retrieve a POD
