Using iwocaPay does not replace your Nortek credit account if you already have terms with us, this is an additional payment option in addition to your credit account and SagePay. You will still have the option to create a Nortek credit account if you wish to do so.
IwocaPay serves over 50,000 customers, including small business to help manage their cash flow better. You can use iwocaPay at the checkout when ordering hvac spares, industrial or commercial heating equipment, flue or accessories online. Our team can also send you a payment link for offline orders.

Does iwocaPay replace my Nortek credit account? - No, iwocaPay will not replace your Nortek credit account. This is an additional credit facility which can be used by all customers, with or without a credit account.
How much can I spend with IwocaPay? – If you’re approved, you can spend up to £30,000 with Pay later.
What are my Pay Later options? – You have three payment options:
· Pay in 30 days – Pay the full amount in 30 days interest free
· Pay in 3 – Pay in three monthly instalments, including interest at a representative rate of 2.5%*
· Pay in 12 – Pay in 12 monthly instalments, including interest at a representative rate of 3.33%*
How long does it take to sign up to IwocaPay? – Signing up for IwocaPay takes a few minutes and you’ll only need to do this once. Will using IwocaPay affect my credit score? – Iwoca will perform a soft credit search on your limited company to assess if you’re eligible for a spending limit up to £30,000.
What type of businesses can use IwocaPay? – Only limited companies are eligible for IwocaPay.
How do I choose IwocaPay when ordering online? – Once you’re at the checkout and your order/delivery details are confirmed, simply select IwocaPay to get started. Fill in some basic details about your business and select your payment term, before checking out. Once complete, you’ll be re-directed back to the Reznor website.
Can I pay a proforma invoice using IwocaPay? – Yes, you can pay for any type of order using iwocaPay. For offline orders, the customer service team will send you a dedicated payment link with your order number, payment value and the credit terms of your choice (30 days, 3 months, 12 months)
I need to return my order, will I receive a refund? – The usual process of warranty & returns applies. However, you will receive a refund directly from Reznor, not iwocaPay. Your iwoca payment schedule will remain the same despite any invoice queries.
Can I pay for my order via bank transfer using IwocaPay? – Yes, iwocaPay also offers a Pay Now service. You can make an instant bank transfer from your mobile app and the funds will be directly sent to us. Utilising Pay Now is completely free and does not incur any interest fees.

Do late fees apply when using IwocaPay? – IwocaPay does not charge late fees. For any late payments, interest will accrue to the outstanding amount at the regular rate.
