Back by popular demand, Reznor’s RHC+ is the latest generation heat module on the market. Fully packed with net efficiencies of up to 109%, the ultra LowNox RHC+ is ideal for replacing LPHW or electrical coils to gas. With a modular design to fit a wide variety of applications, the RHC+ can easily be retrofitted to replace existing units from other suppliers as well as older RHC appliances.

The RHC+ is next generation of heating modules, ideal for installation in ductwork systems and a variety of industrial applications including drying and curing.

Product Description

With heat outputs of 10-1000kw, the RHC+ Gas Fired Heat Module is delivered factory assembled on a frame, designed for straightforward mounting on coil slides. Each module is fully wired and equipped with easily accessible burner controls, consolidated on a single side.

Suitable for both internal and external applications, the RHC+ Gas Fired Heat Module is engineered for rapid and simplified installations that integrate seamlessly into Air Handling units. These monobloc units offer a combination of high efficiency and a broad turndown ratio of up to 18:1 optimizing energy consumption based on output and control system configurations.

Model Range:

•Vertical mounted single module – 7 models 30 to 200 kW

•Horizontal mounted single module – 7 models 30 to 200kW

•Horizontal modules – 16 models 30 to 1000 kW

Where higher heat outputs are required, the heat modules can be stacked, mounted in series or side by side
