You have three payment options:

· Pay in 3 – Pay in three monthly instalments, including interest at a representative rate of 2.5%*

· Pay in 12 – Pay in 12 monthly instalments, including interest at a representative rate of 3.33%*

Yes, you can register for iwocaPay even if you're not ready to place your order yet.

Simply register with iwocaPay and confirm your credit limit.

When you're ready to order, add your products to basket and select iwocaPay at checkout.

Iwoca will perform a soft credit search on your limited company to assess if you’re eligible for a spending limit up to £30,000.

Only limited companies are eligible for IwocaPay.

Once you’re at the checkout and your order/delivery details are confirmed, simply select IwocaPay to get started. Fill in some basic details about your business and select your payment term, before checking out. Once complete, you’ll be re-directed back to the Reznor website.

Yes, you can pay for any type of order using iwocaPay. For offline orders, the customer service team will send you a dedicated payment link with your order number, payment value and the credit terms of your choice (30 days, 3 months, 12 months).

The usual process of warranty & returns applies. However, you will receive a refund directly from Reznor, not iwocaPay. Your iwoca payment schedule will remain the same despite any invoice queries.

Yes, iwocaPay also offers a Pay Now service. You can make an instant bank transfer from your mobile app and the funds will be directly sent to us. Utilising Pay Now is completely free and does not incur any interest fees.

IwocaPay does not charge late fees. For any late payments, interest will accrue to the outstanding amount at the regular rate.
