To ensure that we support the HVAC industry, the Reznor manufacturing site will complete a full stock take on the 12th - 17th June 2026. This is essential to improve accuracy for inventory management and improve the customer service that we provide. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated and please be assured that our team will work with you to ensure that we meet your expectations.
What will this mean for you?
• Reznor will not dispatch orders between Friday 12th and Wednesday 17th June, this includes collections.
• Place your orders before 2pm on Thursday, 11th June to ensure dispatch before stock take begins.
• You will be able to place orders online and via the office while stock take is underway, but orders will not dispatch until Thursday 18th June onwards*. Please check your order confirmations.
• Our Customer Service, Design, Service and Sales team will be available as always to support your requirements while we complete the stock take
