To ensure that we support the HVAC industry, the Reznor manufacturing site will complete a full stock take on the 6th - 11th June 2025. This is essential to improve accuracy for inventory management and improve the customer service that we provide. Your understanding and support is greatly appreciated and please be assured that our team will work with you to ensure that we meet your expectations.
What will this mean for you?
• Reznor will not dispatch orders between Friday 6th and Wednesday 11th June, this includes collections.
• Place your orders before 2pm on Thursday, 5th June to ensure dispatch before stock take begins.
• Orders with a ‘Delivery Date’ up to and including Friday 6th June will be delivered prior to starting the stock take to avoid any unnecessary delay.
• You will be able to place orders online and via the office while stock take is underway, but orders will not dispatch until Thursday 12th June onwards*. Please check your order confirmations.
• Our Customer Service, Design, Service and Sales team will be available as always to support your requirements while we complete the stock take
