 The
Air Mixing high induction air distribution system is an innovative concept
that is quick and easy to install, reliable, and inexpensive in operation.
It provides an evenly diffused distribution of warm air and is ideal for
open warehouse or retail areas without false ceilings.
The
system utilises a lightweight duct that has a large number of small outlet
nozzles, either evenly spaced along the length of the duct or located
in specific areas.
Air
is introduced into the duct and forced out of the nozzles at high speed,
creating a negative pressure zone - thereby inducing surrounding air and
recirculating "free heat" from lighting and heat that has risen
to the roof space which would normally be wasted.
The
result is a very evenly distributed heat at low air velocities and low
noise levels, eliminating excess heat stratification and the need for
air re-circulation fans.

Mixing is centred on an innovative duct system manufactured from a fire
resistant coated fabric, specially treated against dust, U.V. rays and
acid vapours for guaranteed stability.
 The system allows the use of smaller duct diameters,
reducing the weight on the building structure and speeds and simplifies
installation.
Each
system is custom designed and manufactured in accordance with individual
specifications, with the number, layout and diameter of ducts determined
for maximum efficiency. Ducts are available in a wide range of colours
to suit the decor of the location and require no further decorative finish
on site.
Final adjustments are carried out after installation and the system needs
no maintenance.
