Accessories for Warm Air Unit Heaters

  D-Type Down Flow Plenum

Designed for heaters that have to be suspended at increased mounting heights D type down flow plenums can be fitted on type B models.

The down flow plenums are fitted with adjustable louvres on four sides and may be adjusted to direct air from 45-90o down flow in either two or four directions.

Note Outlet louvres can be opened or closed to provide two way or four way discharge. Two way discharge can be set between 45o discharge and vertical 90o discharge. Mounting height and air distribution pattern may be altered by opening and closing louvres. Consult Reznor for alternative mounting heights.

Vertical Louvres

Enabling a more lateral spread of air and reduced air throw, vertical louvres are beneficial where lower discharge temperatures are used e.g. high low or modulating burner control systems.

They may be added to the horizontal louvre frame on either S or B and E models (A horizontal frame is supplied as standard on type S models and as an option on type B and E models).

Downturn Nozzles

Optional 30o or 60o downturn nozzles may be fitted to either type S or type B and E models to increase the angle of air discharge and are recommended for units mounted above standard mounting heights.

The 30o nozzle allows a 25-60o range of air deflection whilst the 60o nozzle allows air deflection from 50-90o.

High Induction Discharge Head

Designed to increase outlet velocity and provide a high degree of induction to improve both air distribution and temperature uniformity. These are fitted as standard on type A models and may be added as an option to type B and E models.

The heads are fitted as standard with both horizontal and vertical louvres, use of the high induction head allows increased mounting heights of the units.

Two Way Discharge Head

Enabling air to be blown at right angles (left to right) to the heater.

Two way discharge heads are available for EuroX 1000 and EuroT 2000 - 55, 75 and 95 models only.

Filters and Dampers

E type models are supplied complete with a fan cabinet that is designed to incorporate integral filters and dampers. The fan cabinet has full size easy access panels. As an option the cabinet may be fully insulated.

Filters are arranged in a vee bank formation. This ensures that both fresh air and re-circulated air are filtered on mixed air applications and the quality of the environment being heated is maintained.

Standard filter options offer either 25mm disposable panels or 50mm pleated EU4 synthetic panels.

Dampers may be fitted to the top, bottom, or rear of the cabinet. They may be adjusted either manually or by a servo-motor fitted inside the cabinet. Two position, three position or modulating damper motors may be specified.

Where units operating on 100% fresh air require an inlet damper these should be specified complete with an end switch.

Units supplying fresh and/or return air may be operated via an integral linkage and single damper motor for top and rear or bottom and rear damper combinations.

For installations requiring a top and bottom damper combination two servo-motors are required.

All access panels to filters and damper actuators are located on the same side as the access to the heater section.
