Service manager
Be responsible for the day to day running of the Service Department ensuring the efficient planning / organisation of service, commissioning and warranty work in line with customer requirements. Raise the level of service awareness within the client base. The successful candidate will have experience of running similar contracts and dealing direct with engineers and clients. Training will be provided. Must have excellent organisational skills. Experience in Customer Service essential.
Sales processing assistant
To work as part of an existing busy sales team - dealing directly with customers for new heater and spare part enquiries. Process orders throughout from checking to authorisation.
