Reznor is committed to offering its customers high performance, energy and cost-saving heating and ventilating systems. The company is BS EN ISO9002 accredited, assuring customers of the very highest standards of quality and service.

Reznor products are manufactured to comply with the toughest European technical standards and legal requirements prevailing in the most environmentally-protective European states. All products carry the CE European Standard mark. In addition, products are upgraded to conform to new standards before they become legally enforceable. Product testing and approvals are carried out internally to the most rigorous levels.

The aim of the company is always to provide customers with the highest degree of technical service and sales support. This extends not just to the production values of the systems, but also to system design, application of products and even to the speed with which enquiries are handled.

Reznor UK
Reznor installations provide efficient and effective heating and ventilation for a wide range of industrial premises, retail stores, warehouses, leisure centres, public sector buildings and churches. Customers include ASDA, B&Q, Carcraft, NCR, Unipart, Norwich Union, Nortel Networks, Harvester Restaurants, BMW and Plymouth Health and Racquet Club.

The majority of Reznor products sold in Europe are developed and manufactured at Reznor Europe's 12,500m² plant in Menen, Belgium. Some 85 per cent of the factory output is exported, both to European destinations and worldwide.

The 2,000m² Folkestone facility specialises in customising systems to meet customers' specific requirements. In all, 22 people are employed at the Folkestone operation, with a further eight regional sales managers based locally within their territories. The Folkestone office also oversees the distribution of Reznor products in Northern and Southern Ireland.

The future
With the continuing development of leading-edge products that serve the needs of the majority of public and private organisations in the UK, Reznor now has in its sights a majority share of over 50 per cent of the total warm air heater market.

The company will continue to pioneer the reduction of nitrous oxide emissions into the environment from gas-fired heaters, and to develop energy controls and cost-saving features that offer customers greater economies and reduce overall fuel consumption levels.
