It is Reznor's policy not to install its products but to sell them to the heating and ventilation trade through specialist distributors.
However, for major projects the Site Services Manager will be available for on site training and support for installation teams. This service is available free of charge and ensures group products are correctly installed and deadlines are met.
On smaller projects, our local Area Sales Managers will be available to give advice and support to your installation teams where necessary. All our Area Managers are experienced in site support and will attend to address any problems relating to the installation or assembly of our equipment.
Following commissioning of the system, our service department will provide after sales support to you, our customers.
Group Service Policy
The Reznor Service department consists of a large team of ACS/ACOPS registered Field Service Engineers that cover all Reznor products, supported by an internal service team. Warranty 12 months full parts and labour warranty.
Commissioning To respond to commissioning requests within four days from receipt of completed commissioning proforma from clients.
Service contracts Planned to suit customer requirements and completed within the agreed time frame.
